This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipping and delivery of items. We provide certificates digitally as part of our eco-friendly initiatives. Participants requesting hard copies of certificates must bear the printing and shipping costs as determined by us.
Domestic Shipping: We ship to almost all locations within India.
International Shipping: Not available at this time.
Winners:
Winners may receive trophies, medals, or gifts at no additional cost. The choice of the item is at the discretion of IntellectSprouts. If shipping is required for additional items (e.g., duplicate prizes), shipping charges will apply.
Participants:
Participants requesting hard copies of certificates will be charged for both printing and shipping costs.
Shipping charges will apply to all product purchases, irrespective of the order value.
Shipping fees will vary based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.
Competition-Related Items:
Winners' prizes are typically dispatched within 10-14 business days after the announcement of results.
Hard Copy Certificates:
Certificates requested in hard copy format will be dispatched within 7-10 business days post-payment confirmation.
Product Purchases:
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after dispatch for most locations in India. Expedited Shipping: Available on request at an additional cost, with delivery within 2-3 business days post-dispatch.

All items are securely packaged to ensure they are not damaged during transit. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Replacement Policy.
Competition Prizes and Hard Copy Certificates:
Damaged or incorrect items can be replaced if reported within 7 days of delivery.
Product Purchases:
Returns are accepted for defective items only.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the defect.
